Cancellation Policy

At Chico Hospital for Cats, we strive to provide the highest quality care and service to our clients. We understand that unexpected events can occasionally disrupt your plans, and we aim to accommodate your needs to the best of our abilities.

In an effort to ensure the availability of our services for all our valued clients, we kindly ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. If you do not cancel your appointment within the 24-hour timeframe or are unable to attend your scheduled appointment, a $30 cancellation fee will be applied.
