A good history is an extremely important component of the visit. This will allow your cat’s doctor to focus on appropriate diagnostics and treatments. If you have medical records from another veterinarian, you may bring your paperwork at your scheduled appointment time; fax them to 530-892-2294 or e-mail to info@chicocats.com. Faxing or emailing the medical records prior to your appointment gives your doctor the opportunity to review them before they meet with you.
