Cat Adoptions

Find the purrr-fect addition to your family! Please note, the cats are not at our facility nor are we an adoption center. We are working with our fantastic fostering partners to find furrr-ever homes.
If interested in meeting them, please call our hospital at 530-892-2287 and ask for Bre!
  • Fen

    Adoption Fee: $40.00

Fen is a 1.5 spayed female. She is described by her foster as sweet and loves affection. She is currently in a home with both cats and dogs and would do well in a home with dogs as well as mellow kitties. As a kitten, Fen had one of her kidneys removed. She is thriving currently but could potentially need kidney medications as she gets older. If you’re interested in meeting Fen, please call us at the hospital to schedule a meet in greet as she is currently in a foster home.

  • Jackson

    Adoption Fee: $40.00

Jackson is a 10-year-old neutered male. He is extremely affectionate and loves to be near his human and get lots of pets. He is currently in a foster home to give him a break from boarding at our hospital and his foster mom says that Jackson, “Follows her around the apartment everywhere and loves being pet.” Jackson is FIV positive and recently had all of his teeth removed due to a condition called stomatitis. Currently, Jackson is eating only wet food and gets gabapentin mixed in while he recovers from the surgery. As Jackson is FIV positive and has no teeth, he will need to go to an indoor-only home. FIV positive cats can live long, happy lives and can safely live with other cats who are negative without fear of transmitting the disease, so please don’t let this detour you from giving this amazing boy his forever home!

  • Neko

    Adoption Fee: $40.00

Neko is a 10 year old neutered male full of love! Neko’s owner has recently become very ill and can no longer care for him. Neko is friendly and very affectionate and would love to live out his days with a human who can be around to give him all the attention he desires. Neko does have kidney disease and is currently on fluids every other day as well as a compounded liquid medication that is given orally to help his kidneys-good news is Neko is great a taking both these medications! Due to his kidney disease, we are not sure how many years Neko has left-he is a happy kitty currently but it is hard to predict the course of kidney disease. We are hoping to find Neko a forever family he can spend the rest of his days with.
